Download the zip file from the portal to the machine (link to the customer portal). In the zip file is a WritebackExtreme.exe file that needs to be extracted to a proper location. Like C:/WriteBackExtreme/ for example.
In case of upgrading, the .exe file needs to be copied to the folder where the current installation is.
If you are upgrading from a older version then 4.x please follow the upgrade guide.
Run the WritebackExtreme.exe as administrator to start the installation.
