Download the WriteBackExtreme installer from the portal to the machine (link to the customer portalarrow-up-right). The zip file contains a WritebackExtreme.exe installer that you will need to run. When it opens, you can continue to the next step:
WritebackExtreme.exe
If you are upgrading from a older version then 4.x please follow the upgrade guide.
