Download the MailScheduler installer from the portal to the machine herearrow-up-right. The zip file contains a MailScheduler.exe installer that you will need to run. When it opens, you can continue to the next step:
MailScheduler.exe
If you are upgrading from a older version then 4.x please follow the upgrade guide.
