# FAQ

Quick answers to the questions we hear most often. Don't see yours? Check [Troubleshooting](/trulyp/installation-and-troubleshooting/troubleshooting.md) or contact our support team.

## Does Trulyp have a health check endpoint for load balancers?

Yes. Call `https://<your-trulyp-domain>/health` (or `http://` without SSL). It returns status `200` with `Application is running` when Trulyp is up, and `503` otherwise. There is also `/health/portal` to check the connection to the Apps for Tableau portal. See [Health checks](/trulyp/installation-and-troubleshooting/operations/health-checks.md).

## Which platforms does Trulyp run on?

Windows 10 or newer and Windows Server 2016 or newer, Linux on AMD64, and Docker (`linux/amd64`). See the [requirements](/trulyp/getting-started/trulyp-installation/on-premises-installation/requirements.md).

## Can I move my WriteBackExtreme installation to Trulyp?

Not automatically, for now. See [Upgrading from WriteBackExtreme](/trulyp/getting-started/trulyp-installation/upgrading-from-writebackextreme.md).

## "Seats Exceeded" warning when trying to view an extension

Your Trulyp license has a fixed number of seats. If you see this screen, all seats are taken, so there is no seat left for you to claim. Ask your Trulyp administrator to free up a seat or to extend the license.

For a detailed explanation of how seats are counted, see [Members and your Trulyp license](/trulyp/settings/members-teams-roles-and-access/members/members-and-your-trulyp-license.md).

## "User limit reached" warning in members overview

Your Trulyp license has a fixed number of seats, and they are all in use. New members, and people who weren't added through Tableau sync, can't view extensions until a seat is free.

Do you have **unmatched** extension viewers? Run a [Tableau sync](/trulyp/settings/tableau-sync.md) to match them to members: matched viewers no longer take a seat of their own.

For a detailed explanation of how seats are counted, see [Members and your Trulyp license](/trulyp/settings/members-teams-roles-and-access/members/members-and-your-trulyp-license.md).

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.infotopics.com/trulyp/installation-and-troubleshooting/faq.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
