# Measures

### Measure formatting

Control how numeric values are displayed in the Funnel Chart. This ensures consistency and improves readability across stages, labels, and tooltips.

You can adjust formatting such as number style, units, and separators without changing your underlying data.

### Measure

Select the measure you want to format.

This is typically the same field used in the Funnel Chart (for example, `SUM(Value)` or `SUM(Sales)`).

### Number format

#### Style

Choose how values are displayed.

* **Decimal**\
  Displays values as standard numbers (e.g. `1,200`)
* **Percentage**\
  Displays values as percentages (e.g. `75%`)

#### Decimal places

Set the number of digits shown after the decimal point.

* **0** → whole numbers
* Higher values → more precision

#### Display units

Control how large numbers are abbreviated.

* **None** → full values (e.g. `1200`)
* **Thousands (K)** → `1.2K`
* **Millions (M)** → `1.2M`

#### Include thousands separators

Toggle the use of separators in large numbers.

* **Enabled**\
  Displays values like `1,200`
* **Disabled**\
  Displays values like `1200`

### Prefix & suffix

Add custom text before or after the value.

#### Prefix

Displayed before the number.

Examples:

* `$` → `$1,200`
* `€` → `€1,200`

#### Suffix

Displayed after the number.

Examples:

* `%` → `75%`
* `units` → `1200 units`

### Example

Style: Decimal  
Display units: Thousands (K)  
Prefix: $  
Suffix: revenue
```

Result:

```
$1.2K revenue
```

* Use **Percentage** style for conversion-focused funnels
* Use **Display units** to simplify large numbers
* Add prefixes for currency formatting
* Keep formatting consistent across labels and tooltips
