# TREX url configuration

If the Extensions Manager is running behind a reverse proxy, you can define a custom URL for generating `.trex` files.

* Option 1: **Use domain to generate TREX files** (default).
* Option 2: **Use a different URL** when using non-standard routing or network setups.
